Happy “Get to Do” Day. Today is the day we get to do things. Our “to do” lists can be a sentence that douses our aliveness and joy. “To do” lists tend to be a burden. If we reframe our “to do” lists into “get to do” list then, we lift the burden. What will you get to do today?
People in some places spend most of their days looking for food or water. They don’t have the luxury of having a car that needs the oil changed. They will never see a dentist, but we get to have the car oil changed and we get to go to the dentist.
Happy “Get To DO” day. What privileged thing will you get to do today? Whatever it is, have fun doing it and make it easy. The burden is mental. Drop those chains. Don’t run all night, don’t run all day, make life fun and don’t delay.
