Hpy EZosophy Day

What is EZososophy? It is a philosophy that calls suffering into question. Some suffering is a part of life but there is an emotional kind of suffering that limits us from the direct experience of our lives. We chose this suffering based on the erroneous belief that life is hard and it is out to get us. The belief goes like this: life is hard, you must suffer about it, my life is harder than yours and I’ll prove it, you don’t understand how hard I have it, and life is serious business. Life is hard, but it is not hard ALL the time! Much of suffering and struggle is a habit.

Don’t stand for it. Call your existence into question as you go through your day. Ask yourself, “Does this have to be hard?” Try the eight word miracle EZosophy mantra, “Everything can be easy or at least easier.”  Ease can be applied to every thought and action throughout our day. Dusting, making up the bed, getting up in the morning and flossing our teeth are not reasons to suffer. The belief that “life is hard” is the corner stone of our culture. Revolt, tear down the foundations of suffering. Make life easier.

I’m making every day a holiday. Join me. Happy EZosophy Day. Want more information on living with more ease? http://www.annegillis.com/
